This product provides flexible cold or soothing heat. Use for the cooling pouch for pain and swelling or as a warming and soothing pouch for muscle pain and stiffness. Ideal for bumps, bruises and sprains.Directions for Use: Heat therapy should not be used until 48 hours after injury. Cooling: Place the Hot & Cold Pack in the freezer. Warming with hot water: bring 3 liters of water to a boil. Remove the water from the stove. Do not place the Cold & Hot Pack in the heated water for more than 7 minutes.
