B) Who do you ship with and can I track my shipment?

We ship all orders with DHL courier (personal delivery). You will receive the track & trace number by email

C) When does my order leave the warehouse?

Your goods will normally leave our warehouse on the day of ordering if we receive the order before 12 noon. The goods are dispatched from our warehouse in Jestetten, Germany. Shipping takes place from Monday to Friday, except on public holidays.

D) Can the delivery and billing address be different and which transport company will be used to send my parcel?

Yes - when completing the order, you have the option of specifying a delivery address that differs from the billing address.

The parcel will be delivered with the DHL courier service to the desired delivery address (delivery Monday to Friday during business hours) against signature. If you are not sure whether you are at home or not, you can arrange an individual "drop-off authorization" with DHL. You can download the necessary form from the DHL website at www.DHL.de . In this form you can leave individual instructions for the DHL driver, such as "If I am not at home, the parcel can be left at the hairdresser on the first floor" - If you have any questions, please contact DHL directly.

E) What are the payment methods and terms of payment?

In our store you can pay with all major credit cards and Paypal. For regular customers, we offer delivery on account (payable within 10 days) from a minimum order amount of € 70.00. Alternatively, as a new customer you can also choose the "prepayment" option and send us the invoice amount with the order number to the following IBAN account:

Q) How can I return the ordered goods and who bears the costs?

If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them within 14 days of receipt in the original unopened packaging at your own expense. Further information on returns can be found in our terms and conditions. If the goods are faulty, please let us know as soon as possible, at the latest within 5 working days of receiving your order. Please always enclose a copy of the invoice with your return.
