The jojoba plants find ideal growing conditions there: Soils that are rich in various minerals, as well as natural condensation due to the high temperature difference between day and night, which ensures their water supply. The soils are worked using traditional methods (manually or with draught animals) to avoid any pollution from oil. No pesticides or artificial fertilizers are used. The soils are naturally rich in minerals. For this reason, any addition of fertilizers is superfluous. Jojoba is harvested once a year and cold-pressed mechanically.
