    Perilla oil is a dietary supplement containing alpha-linolenic acid (omega 3), making it an excellent source of unsaturated vegetable fatty acids. The important omega-3 fatty acid alpha-linolenic acid is even contained in it with a share of over 60%. Omega-3 fatty acids have a supporting effect as nutritional components for the regulation of cholesterol levels. The cold-pressed oil from the seeds of the perilla plant is offered in capsules.

    Omega-3 fatty acids are vital (essential) for humans. The body cannot produce them itself, which is why they must be taken in regularly with food. Omega-3 fatty acids can help to reduce nutritionally elevated blood lipid levels. They help to keep blood lipid levels (cholesterol, triglycerides) in balance. Compared to these, it has the decisive advantage that it has a lower susceptibility to oxidation and the obtrusive fish taste is omitted.
