Application of the cupping massage:
Apply a small amount of massage oil or lotion to the desired body part. Place the cupping head on the skin and create the necessary negative pressure by squeezing or pressing so that it adheres securely. As soon as a pleasant suction has been created, you can slowly move the cupping head over the muscles - forwards and backwards, pushing or pulling. Alternatively, you can leave it in one place for up to three minutes to achieve intensive deep stimulation of the muscles and fasciae.
Especially after intensive training sessions, cupping can help to promote blood circulation, relieve muscular tension and support regeneration.
Important notes:
Be careful not to irritate the tissue too much. Slight reddening of the skin is normal and desirable - it indicates increased blood circulation.
There may also be red spots or bruising. These often occur when muscles are very tense. Such reactions can be useful, but the skin should be given a few days to regenerate before the treatment is repeated. Cupping is not recommended in the facial area. If it is nevertheless carried out, it should only be done very carefully and for a maximum of 30 seconds, as the skin there is particularly sensitive.
Please do not use cupping
- on open, bleeding, inflamed or infected areas of skin
- skin diseases such as dermatitis
- in the case of known blood clotting disorders (e.g. hemophilia or leukemia)
- during pregnancy in the abdominal area
- in the case of severe chronic illnesses such as heart failure, renal insufficiency or pronounced edema
- in the area of the eyes, ears, nose, mouth, nipples, genitals and sensitive vascular regions (e.g. neck)

For cleaning:
Wash with hot water and washing-up liquid or antibacterial soap. Then wipe with alcohol or place in boiling water for 2-3 minutes
The silicone cupping heads are also dishwasher-safe.
Service life:
High-quality silicone cupping heads can last up to five years with proper care. Slight discoloration over time is normal and does not affect the function.
If sufficient negative pressure can no longer be generated or the edges become porous, the cupping head should be replaced.
