Barley grass is a dark green leafy vegetable with a wide range of ingredients. The cereal grasses are cultivated according to organic farming guidelines. The growing areas include optimally landscaped areas of certified nutrient-rich land. Special care is taken to prevent contamination from possible drift from surrounding cultivated fields. No public roads pass through these fields, which eliminates the possibility of pollution from exhaust fumes and dust. The cereal grasses are taken directly from the field for gentle processing.
The cereal grasses are grown exclusively on controlled and certified organic land. This is kept particularly healthy and nutrient-rich through sustainable cultivation and gentle management. The high-quality fertilization is achieved purely through crop rotation and green manuring.
Barley grass is offered as powder, which is obtained by drying and grinding from the whole plant. No fillers or carriers are used, nor are any components extracted.
