    Vitamin B12 contributes to the healthy functioning of the nervous system and psyche and to the healthy functioning of the immune system.
    The wild growing blue-green algae Aphanizomenon Flos Aquae (AFA) thrives in Upper Klamath Lake in Oregon / USA. Particularly noteworthy is its significant content of vitamin B12, which is needed for building new blood cells, cell growth and nerve cell function.
    The AFA algae offer a concentrated accumulation of nutrients. The protein content is up to 70% (about 2% of the recommended daily intake) and includes all eight essential as well as non-essential amino acids. Particularly noteworthy is the content of vitamin B12. The daily requirement is already covered by 3 tablets.

    Vitamin B12 belongs to the water-soluble vitamins of the B group and is involved in significant processes in the human organism.
